Our Inflatables and Services

Added Fees:
1. Sales tax if you are not tax exempt.
Please note that unless you or your organization is tax exempt we are required to collect sales tax (we will need a copy of your tax exemption emailed to us when you book before we can take the tax off).
2. A $75.00 non refundable online deposit will be due to reserve your date. (only refundable if there is a weather cancellation by us or you before the set up of the event, once we are set up, there are no refunds.) You will then receive an invoice with the added sales tax and any mileage due outside of our range. You can immediately pay that invoice online from the invoice or it can be paid at the time of set up with cash or check.
3. Our bookings are day bookings, up to 6 hours unless otherwise stated. This does not mean that you must keep the equipment for the full day, you set your times somewhere between the 2 - 6 hour range (this does not include the set up and tear down time, you can use the equipment up to 6 hours). We will try to accommodate your schedule as closely as possible, however for water inflatables, they must be concluded by 8:30 pm due to dry time unless you set special arrangements up with us. If your party goes later than 8:30 pm, we will remove the water and pools but they can still be used dry until the conclusion of the party. We do not do overnight rentals.
4. One or more operators will be assigned to events. This is a great service we offer and the customers have told us many times how much they love this and how it helps them take care of other things during events and not worry about our area.
This allows you the freedom to enjoy your event knowing a trained operator is watching closely that equipment and safety rules are followed. This does not mean that Nam & Pops is liable in any way due to misuse or rules not being followed. We encourage parents to stay close and help enforce the inflatable rules.
5. Private birthdays parties (1 inflatable) does not require an operator however an operator can be made available. Please note that you will be responsible for any damages from misuse if there is not an operator present. There could also be an additional cleaning fee if the inflatable is unreasonably dirty, muddy, or has candy or drinks spilled on them (which isn't allowed if following the rules) at pick up. (This is not a normal charge that happens very often but has happened a few times where it took us days and many staff hours to get the inflatable clean.
Best way to insure this is not a charge you get is 30 minutes before we arrive to take down, take a hose and rinse any additional mud, dirt, candy off of the inflatable, once we arrive it is too late. Unfortunately, if it is a dry rental, you can not put water on it which means there should be no mud on it, you should be able to broom off excess dirt and grass or wipe clean any candy spots. Please remember that silly string will ruin the inflatable so if we find the silly string damage, you will be charged the full price of the inflatable so please, no silly string!
6. For multiple day events, the event can be no longer than the 6 hours per day(not counting set up and take down). If the event runs more than the 6 hours, there will be a $100.00 per hour charge. (This does not include the set up and take down times) There are no overnight rentals as we will take it down and put it back up.
7. Non - profits, churches and schools will receive an automatic 10% discount.
(In 2027 there will be no other discounts, we have a great staff that we have to pay.) We feel like we offer a great service with our operators that you don't find often and for that work we want to be able to pay them a fair wage.
