Our Inflatables

Added Fees: 

​

1. Sales tax if you are not tax exempt.

There are no other fees if you are in our area, which is quite large, check our maps!

​

Please note that unless you or your organization is tax exempt we are required to collect sales tax (we will need a copy of your tax exemption emailed to us when you book before we can take the tax off).  No deposit is due, you will receive an invoice with the added sales tax and any mileage due outside of our range.  You can immediately pay that invoice online from the invoice or it can be paid at the time of set up unless stated otherwise with specials and signs.

Want to place your order online? Pick your date online so it is locked in.  We will work on the details on the phone when I reach out within 48 hours.  No deposit.   Free delivery if you are located within our mapped area.

All of our bookings are day bookings, up to 6 hours.   This does not mean that you must keep the equipment for the full day, you set your times somewhere between the 2 - 6 hour range (this does not include the set up and tear down time).   We will try to accommodate your schedule as closely as possible, however for water inflatables, they must be concluded by 8:30 pm due to dry time unless you set special arrangements up with us.  We do not do overnight rentals.  **For those that ask about only a couple hours, the price is the same, we have put pen to paper and with set up and take down, which would have to be added into the hourly rate, the day price works out better.  Yes, it is actually a fantastic deal if you keep it 6 hours but

 

One or more operators will be assigned to events.       

This allows you the freedom to enjoy your event knowing a trained operator is watching closely that equipment and safety rules are followed.  This does not mean that Nam & Pops is liable in any way due to misuse or rules not being followed.

Private birthdays parties (1 inflatable) do not include an operator.  An operator can be made available for an additional $50.00, however please note that you will be responsible for any damages from misuse if there is not an operator present.  There could also be an additional cleaning fee if the inflatable is unreasonably dirty,  muddy, or has candy or drinks spilled on them (which isn't allowed if following the rules) at pick up.  (This is not a normal charge that happens very often but has happened a few times where it took us days and many staff hours to get the inflatable clean. 

Best way to insure this is not a charge you get is 30 minutes before we arrive to take down, take a hose and rince any additional mud, dirt, candy off of the inflatable, once we arrive it is too late.  Unfortunately, if it is a dry rental, you can not put water on it which means there should be no mud on it, you should be able to broom off excess dirt and grass or wipe clean any candy spots.  Please remember that silly string will ruin the inflatable so if we find the silly string damage, you will be charged the full price of the inflatable so please, no silly string!

For multiple day events, the event (it must be an event rental) rental fee for the second or third day will receive a 10% discount.  This is not an overnight rental as we will take it down and put it back up.

​

Non - profits, churches and schools will receive an automatic 10% discount.

​

*****Watch for our new rentals rolling out for the 2026 summer season.  These will be a part of our event services.
